Synopsis
This notice is a pre-solicitation synopsis issued in accordance with RFO FAR Subpart 5.101. The Mission Installation Contracting Command ‒ Fort Leavenworth intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a requirements-type contract (RFO FAR Subpart 16.503) for the purchase and installation of thirteen (13) ELKAY bottle filling stations, or an approved equal, for installation in existing facilities at the Presidio of Monterey, California.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to deliver and install units in eleven (11) buildings as identified in the solicitation. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all non-essential plumbing materials created during performance.
All work must comply with applicable building codes, national plumbing codes, and contract standards. The Contractor must demonstrate relevant plumbing experience and the ability to manage multiple task orders.

Procedures
This procurement will use sealed bidding procedures under RFO FAR Part 14. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the IFB and is most advantageous to the Government based on price and price-related factors.
