Synopsis:
|
|
Requests for Proposals are currently being accepted by the RM of Coulee No. 136 for qualified contractors to submit a RFP for an exterior building renovation of the RM Office located at 1680 Chaplin Street E., Swift Current, SK.
The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Removal of existing eight windows, obtaining new windows and installing
- Framing and finishing around windows
- Obtaining and installing new siding
- Obtaining and installing new eavestrough with downpipes
- Finishing and repairs as needed
- Debris removal and site clean-up
- Coordination of any required permits and inspections
Proponents are responsible for any costs associated with proposal preparation.
Proposals must include list of subcontractors with detailed cost breakdown, including any additional fees.
The successful bidder must provide all materials, labour, equipment and supervision required to complete the project as described in this document.
Sealed proposals to be delivered to the RM of Coulee No. 136 Office or sent electronically to rm136@sasktel.net due by May 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
