Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 11/12/2024 for RFQ # 24-255: To Provide Financial Advisory Services for the Essex County Office of the Treasurer.

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

• BIDDER MUST SUBMIT ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND TWO (2) COPIES OF THIS BID
• IF NOTIFIED BIDDER MUST ATTEND GOVERNING BODY AWARD MEETING
