VISN 23 is requesting information for companies who offer the following goods or equivalent. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY: The market research is looking to identify potential vendors who have the capabilities to offer the following: Surgical lights, Facility booms, and service columns and Integration systems are designed to route images and control medical devices. See draft statement of work, FT Meade floor plans and FT Meade surgery structure documents attached for more detail. Vendors are encouraged to do a site walkthrough at the Black Hills VA Healthcare System 113 Comanche Rd, Fort Meade, SD 57741 on 3/12/2025 at 11am MST. All interested vendors must register for this site walk through by close of business 3/11/2025. To register email Joshua.Imdacha@va.gov. A response confirming your attendance will be sent with instructions for the walk through.
