Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection (MEPFP) Engineering Services

Norwich Free Academy (NFA), a privately governed and independently endowed school in Norwich, Connecticut, is undertaking a multi-year capital improvement program across its nine-building campus. Funded in part through grants from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services, Office of Grants Administration (OGA), the program includes infrastructure and building systems upgrades of varying scope and complexity. NFA is seeking qualified Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Information Technology (MEPFP/IT) engineering services to support these projects. Services may include evaluation of existing systems, preparation of signed and sealed construction documents, permitting support, bidding assistance, and construction administration. Anticipated projects include generator installation, building automation upgrades, rooftop unit replacements, public address/security system replacement, piping upgrades, WiFi infrastructure improvements, and boiler replacement.
