The Napa County Fire Administrator (NCFA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to acquire the services of a firm to act as project manager for Phase 1 of the 2022 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Tubbs Fire and Glass Fire affected areas. This includes project management, facilitation, and coordination of the Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) plan, ensuring compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach for fuel management projects in these areas.
