Summary The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for our Mitchem-Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory, 1833 Industrial Blvd., Boaz, AL 35957 for monthly garbage service. Specifications : (1) Description of Service: Vendor to provide one (1) 6 cubic yard container to be serviced one time per week. Items to be disposed will be office trash and small animal parts. Bags with small animal parts will be bagged up by the laboratory and will not leak. *Awarded vendor must be able to dispose office trash and small animal parts.* Service Location: Mitchem-Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory, 1833 Industrial Blvd., Boaz, AL 35957.
