Description:
The City of Greenville is seeking qualifications and proposals from contractors/firms interested and qualified to provide design/build services for improvements to an area within Cleveland Park. The scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition, grading/drainage, irrigation, erosion prevention and sediment control, clearing/grubbing, asphalt paving, concrete work, new construction, and site lighting.
