Process
This Solicitation is being posted for a second round, if your company submitted a bid in the first round, they must resubmit their proposal in this second round to be considered.
A site visit is scheduled for this second round solicitation for those potential bidders that did not participate in the original site visit. During this site visit, potential bidders may review the exact scope of work for the roof replacement project. The site visit will be conducted at the Mount Vernon Developmental Center on April 18, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Bidders must complete the “Item Grid” and attach an electronic copy of their proposal with a detailed scope of work within the solicitation in Ohio Buys. Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency. |
