P5929.00.2B - Coteau Creek GSU Fire Wall Ext and Windows Repl

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Coteau Creek GSU Fire Wall Ext and Windows Replacement, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

This Contract involves replacement of eight (8) existing windows located on the south side of the powerhouse with new fire-rated window assemblies, and installation of new fire barrier system on three (3) existing Generator Step-Up (GSU) Transformer firewalls at the Coteau Creek Hydroelectric Station. The scope of Work is intended to achieve compliance with applicable fire protection requirements surrounding the existing GSU transformers. The Work shall be executed during planned outage periods and is scheduled for completion within a two-year duration, commencing in August 2026.
