Pursuant to Section 3-05(C) of the City's Procurement Policy Board Rules, The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) intends to enter into a Sole Source negotiation for Routesmart Software which is a critical service for inspectors in HPD, who perform the Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections. All routine HQS inspections, as well as the ones that are routed and created by 311 complaints for Section 8 units, use the Routesmart software.
Routesmart Software TM is a proprietary product of ROUTESMART TECHNOLOGIES INC. This Sole Source procurement is being managed through PASSPort (EPIN: 80626Y0162). Any firm that believes it can provide discussed routing service is invited to send their Expression of Interest to the HPD contact person listed in the notice.
