Biological Monitoring Services
The following is a summary only and does not replace the full RFP.
Description/Background:
The City of Chino Hills ("City") invites your organization to submit a written proposal for on-call biological monitoring services for 18 drainage facilities and various areas throughout the City. Proposals should, at a minimum, include a firm with a Qualified Biologist assigned to the project who possesses the appropriate experience, expertise, and licenses required to perform the requested services, and include a Detailed Work Plan in accordance with the RFP.

The submittal package shall include the following: four (4) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and three (3) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and a signed W-9.

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
