Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to construct a Compost area with a tire drop-off area at the Central Landfill at 1201 N 49th State Street in Palmer, Alaska. The project scope includes civil site work, storm drains, rip-rap rock and associated civil drainage work.
