No electronic bids will be accepted.
The Granbury Regional Airport is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as the airfield’s aviation fuel supplier as listed herein. All proposals must include at a minimum the information specified. Failure to include this information will seriously detract from a proposal and may be cause for its rejection. The inclusion of any additional information that will assist in its evaluation is encouraged. The adequacy, depth and clarity of the proposal will influence, to a considerable degree, its evaluation. The proposal submitted shall be complete enough for selection to be based solely on its contents.
Granbury Regional Airport (KGDJ), a general aviation airport located at 840 Archer Ct. Granbury, TX 76048, is currently operating one (1) 12,000 gallon above ground storage tank dedicated for 100LL self-service, and one (1) 15,000 gallon above ground storage tank dedicated for Jet-A- pre-mix fuel. Presently, the airport has a fuel farm expansion in the engineering and design phase with plans for construction in the first quarter of 2025. This farm expansion will provide an additional 15,000 gallons of Jet A capacity, for a total of 30,000 gallons of Jet A storage. In addition, the airport operates one (1) 3,000-gallon mobile Jet A refueler; one (1) 2,600-gallon Jet A mobile refueler; and one (1) 900-gallon 100LL mobile refueler. The airport wishes to upgrade the 3,000-gallon Jet A mobile refueler to 5,000 gallons, as well as receive an updated 3,000-gallon Jet-A mobile refueler so that the existing city-owned 2,600-gallon mobile refueler may be placed into a reserve status. These provisions should be reflected in the vendor’s proposal.
