Project Description: Pedestrian push button pole and foundation for ped 6 west bound were damaged due to an accident. Existing Concrete foundation and anchor bolts are damaged and shall be removed. New concrete foundation shall be repoured with the anchor bolts placed 24 inches behind the face of the existing curb with new anchor bolts and conduit. Contractor shall install new PPB Pole, wiring and ped button. Wiring shall match existing gauge and colors. The following will be provided by COV: 1. Breakaway PPB Pole Assembly 2. Ped Push Button All other necessary materials (conduits, anchor bolts, wires) and permits if required shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
