Texas State University(“Texas State” or “University”) is soliciting competitive Solicitations(“Request for Proposals” or “RFPs”) for the selection of a qualified andcapable vendor to provide Smoke Testing services to the University. ThisSolicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for Respondentsto be considered for this project.
