The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for a Contractor to implement Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) and Captioned Telephone Service (CTS) to provide Ohioans with communication disabilities with intrastate telecommunications services that are functionally equivalent to those that are provided to persons who are without such disabilities.
