The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Contractor shall provide skilled personnel and supervision to support logistical operations for Special Operations Forces (SOF) in support of SOJTF-L J7 across various named operations and activities. This task will support OCONUS sites and activities in the CENTCOM AO, to include but not limited to Kuwait, Iraq, Syria, and Jordan. The OCSIC physical presence will be with the SOJTF-L J7 located at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait. The contractor shall perform to the standards stated within this SOO, which define requirements for this effort.
Quotes are due via e-mail by Monday, 27 February 2026, 1200 AST. Questions are due e-mail by Monday, 16 February 2026, 1700 AST.
Vendors must be registered in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) https://www.jccs.gov/olvr/.
Any correspondence must reference the solicitation number in the subject field/line. RFQ must be returned with the quote, completed solicitation and applicable FAR Clauses must be appropriately completed. All pages of the RFQ need to be sent with Quote.
