- All equipment staging must remain on West Thomas Street
5. If subgrade excavation reveals hidden municipal utility lines or severe subgrade stabilization failures
requiring deeper remediation than a standard aggregate leveling lift, will the City of Milledgeville
address those unforeseen conditions through a formal change order process, or is the contractor
required to absorb deep structural subgrade stabilization within the base lump sum?
- Through a formal change order process

dosage, whether fiber replaces the rebar, and whether dowels remain required. Should the alternate
be entered as an additional cost above the base bid or as a complete alternative price? How should
the Bid Sheet's Grand Total be calculated?
- We don't want a fiber alternate, as spec, we want rebar steel and dowels to tie into existing
