The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to prepare and submit a bid for Class 1 Printing for the Legislature both Senate and Assembly for the State of Wisconsin.
This bid includes normal finishing operations such as padding, folding, scoring, and drilling and excludes binding. Quantities for flat and/or folded printing are from 100 up to 500,000 and pre-made envelope printing quantities are from 100 up to 50,000; however, quantities over the maximum amount may be requested, as agreed upon between the Contractor and an Authorized User. Awarded Bidder must be located within 35 miles of the State Capitol Building in Madison, WI. Awarded Bidder must provide daily and / or on-call delivery / pickup services for two (2) downtown Madison locations. |
