SCOPE OF WORK: This project consists of replacing three (3) inline culvert crossings in the Clover Bend subdivision, and a channel improvement in the back of the Ashland subdivision near Liberty Lane. This work will also include active shoring, erosion control, water/sewer relocations, pavement repair, and landscaping.

A digital bid tab will be issued out to all plan holders thru email. It is highly recommended to use this digital bid tab for submitting your itemized bid. This will ensure that your bids will have no errors within them at the time of submitting.
The Questions Submittal Deadline by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024. All questions will be answered through emails by Town staff and ultimately will be a part of the final addendum.
Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079,no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2024, where the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Conference Chamber. The Project Manual, in its entirety, shall be submitted for bid consideration.
Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. An DBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract.
