The project involves the supply, installation, commissioning, and training for a high-resolution mass spectrometry system capable of coupling with gas chromatography. The system will support sensitive targeted and non-targeted analysis using both soft and/or conventional ionization approaches, with sufficient mass resolution and acquisition speed for complex environmental and forensic samples. Desirable capabilities include molecular-ion preservation, compound protonation, flexible carrier-gas options, and compatibility with future liquid chromatography integration.
