Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified respondent(s) experienced in providing ground freight services for pickup and delivery of palletized and non-palletized commodities to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
