Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: tree thinning lop and scatter services of approximately 750 acres of BLM land Southeast of Beaver, UT.
There is no mandatory site visit, but it is recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed to create an accurate bid. Failure to inspect the site does not constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: August 1st, 2025 - November 21st, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
