Maryland’s Commitment to Veterans unit is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to maintain toll free phone line services to successfully connect callers to Maryland’s Commitment to Veterans, provide operations and maintain a 24/7 staffed warmline that connects military personnel, veterans, and their family members to support and resource connections.
