  • Summary:The Project includes the following Work:
    Contractor to furnish all necessary equipment, materials and labor to remove settled material from the identified Lagoon Cell utilizing a method that does not come into contact with nor impact the integrity of the Lagoon liner. The removed material shall be conveyed to an onsite dewatering system furnished and operated by Contractor. The dewatered material shall be contained on site in a water tight container at all times and routinely taken off site by Contractor for disposal. The unit price submitted for the bid shall include all equipment, material, labor, hauling, disposal fees, tipping fees etc. for removing the material from the lagoon, dewatering the material, all material handling, transporting and disposal costs.

    Owner shall be responsible for providing only the following to the Contractor at no cost to the Contractor:
    Access to the plant, M-F 7 AM to 5 PM beginning in the Spring of 2025.
    Provide required power for Contractors onsite dewatering system.
    Provide backflow prevented potable water for the Contractors onsite dewatering system.

    The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.
