Project Description: The purpose of the bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide Chatham County with six (6) solar powered, portable changeable message signs (PCMS). Bids will be accepted for two (2) boards that are 142” x 81” (18” high text) and four (4) boards that are 97” x 57” (12” high text).
