The City of Quincy, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, invites qualified Bidders to submit sealed bids for the CY2026 On-Call Emergency Water, Sewer and Drain Repairs. Work will include all materials, associated labor and equipment required to undertake a variety of utility repairs, installation of pavement as well as structure adjustment (if necessary) and at various locations within the city. Work includes excavation of and replacement of existing surface patches as well. Periodically the City has the need to perform emergency repairs to its water distribution system, its sewer collection system and its stormwater conveyance.
