Keflavik, Iceland in accordance with (IAW) the Intelligence Community Directive (IDC) 705 series and Department of
Defense (DoD) policies.
The Place of Performance is AB Keflavik, Iceland.
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) Naples Detachment - Italy, intends to solicit and negotiate with
only one source - SDVOSB vendor under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) - sole source awards under the Veterans
Benefits Act of 2003, by entering into a sole source contract with Singularity Security Group, LLC.
