PRE-BID MEETING:
A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Prospective bidders may contact the Project Manager to schedule a site visit.
The Town of Vail requests Bids for:
Placement of approximately 30,000 square yards of Type II Slurry Seal on selected public streets within the Town of Vail. Work is scheduled to be performed between May 15 and July 3, 2025.

. All questions shall be directed to the contacts listed above no later than 12:00 P.M. March 17, 2025. Final questions and answers will be sent to pre-qualified bidders that had requested Drawings and Specifications for the Project no later than Monday morning of bid opening week. No Addenda will be issued later than March 18, 2025, except for an addendum, if necessary, postponing the Bid date or withdrawing the Invitation for Bids.
