AMENDMENT 0001:

The purpose of this amendment is to establish a formal site visit scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The visit will take place at the USDA, ARS, SEA, U.S. National Poultry Research Center (USNPRC), B1, located at 934 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605. Please be advised that entry to the facility strictly requires U.S. citizenship and a valid, government-issued photo ID.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1197 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Remodel B1-433 with new cabinetry, sinks, and counter tops in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW) at the USDA, ARS, SEA, USNPRC B1, 934 College Station Road, Athens GA, 30605.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 337127 The small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
