The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is a public agency that provides wastewater collection, treatment, and recycling for approximately 2.6 million people in central and northwest Orange County. OC San is a special district, governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 25 board members appointed from 20 cities, two sanitary districts, two water districts and one representative from the Orange County Board of Supervisors. Our facilities include 396 miles of sewer pipes, located throughout the county, and two treatment plants – one in Fountain Valley, CA and the other in Huntington Beach, CA – where wastewater is treated in accordance with strict state and federal standards.

The OC San Human Resources DepartmentOrange County Sanitation District is seeking proposals from a highly qualified and experienced firm with demonstrated experience and a proven track record of successfully conducting Classification and Compensation Studies for public sector organizations. Preference will be given to firms with experience serving California public agencies, including water, wastewater, and special district organizations.
