HHSC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input and information regarding Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, and Time Labor and Leave Services (HRPTLLS) solutions. HHSC defines a HRPTLLS solution as a solution divided into five (5) principal areas: Human Resource Services; Payroll; Time Labor and Leave; Financial Services; and Shared Services.
