Housing Production Plan RFP

The Town of Weston, through its Housing Production Plan Steering Committee (HPPSC), is requesting proposals for a qualified consultant or firm to update Weston’s 2021 Housing Production Plan (HPP).  It is the intent of this Request to enter into a professional service contract with the successful consultant to provide services as outlined herein to complete the update to the Town of Weston’s Housing Production Plan.

Sealed, written proposals will be received at the Office of the Town Manager until 11:00 a.m. on June 08, 2026:

“Submission for Housing Production Plan” shall be on the outside of the hard copy envelope delivered to Town Hall.

Copies of the Request for Proposals will be available at www.weston.gov/bids starting on May 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

The Town will review all submissions, and final selection will be based on an evaluation and analysis of the information and materials submitted as required by this Request for Proposal. It is the intent of the Town to enter into a contract with the Consultant that has demonstrated experience and resources to fulfill the contract.

The Town of Weston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal submission, and to make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Weston.
