RFPQ - GRAVEYARD WASH RESERVOIR CONSTRUCTION

Project Description: The City of St. George is requesting statements of qualification for the construction of the Graveyard Wash Reservoir.
**The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any response, and to request clarification of information submitted by respondents, when deemed to be in the best interest of the City and consistent with applicable law.
All responses become the property of the City upon submission, subject to applicable public records laws and any properly asserted protections for confidential information under Utah law.
Respondents are responsible for reviewing the entire solicitation and for submitting a complete response in accordance with all requirements, deadlines, and instructions contained herein.
