Vendor Requirements:

2. Quotations must include complete vendor contact information.
3. All bids must be submitted directly via the OhioBuys platform.
4. Quotations submitted via external email will not be accepted.

**Procurement Process: Mandatory Vendor Instructions**

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) will award this project to the supplier who submits the lowest-cost, responsive, and responsible bid. The selected supplier must include all relevant costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their proposal.

Substitutions are prohibited unless explicitly authorized in the solicitation documentation.

All pricing must be clearly entered in the OhioBuys item grid. If a separate quote is submitted, it must exactly match the total amount listed in the item grid. Any discrepancies may result in disqualification.

All vendor inquiries must be submitted exclusively through the Inquiry Field in OhioBuys. Questions sent via email or any other method will not be accepted.

In the event of a tie, the project will be awarded to the first valid bid received, as indicated by the timestamp recorded in the OhioBuys system.

DBH reserves the right to purchase up to the total quantities specified in the sourcing project.
