CLOUD-BASED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BUDGETING, ACCOUNTING, PAYROLL, AND SOFTWARE CONVERSATION AND CONSULTING SERVICES
Colerain Township provides the following services: fire & EMS, police, road maintenance, parks, and a senior center. The Administration Department provides finance, human resources, IT, and planning and development services. The Township seeks to consolidate its disparate finance and human resources systems in a single, coherent, cloud-based solution that eliminates redundancies, automates workflow, and equips staff with information to make better informed decisions.
Proposals must follow the rules and format established within this RFP. Adherence to these rules will ensure a fair and objective analysis of all proposals. Failure to complete any portion of this request may result in rejection of a proposal.
The Township prefers responses that are concise and thoughtfully address the criteria raised in this RFP. There is not, however, a specific page limit.
All proposals are subject to Ohio Public Records Law.
