Summary
The purpose of this solicitation is to outline the requirements for a qualified traffic control service contractor(s) responsible for delivering and executing safe and effective traffic management solutions for various events and construction activities at the Arizona Exposition and State Fair (“Agency”), as well as at other locations within the City of Phoenix, Arizona, as necessary. The selected contractor(s) must guarantee the safe and efficient flow of both vehicular and pedestrian traffic to and from events taking place at the Fairgrounds. Equipment may be utilized on public streets and rights-of-way, within the fairgrounds, and at other facilities as required by the Agency, including parking lots designated for shuttle stops. |
