IFB 24C740007 CHP HVAC INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES FOR FIVE [5] NEW UNITS

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that to provide HVAC Installation and Replacement Services for five [5] new units.  Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿ that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB.  Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits.

1.        License Requirements:  Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor, and Local County or City Business License.

2.        DIR Registration:  Bidders must be registered with the DIR Pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1.

3.     Mandatory DVBE Participation Required (Minimum 5%).
