Audio Visual Services for Special Events

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract for (1) year with (4) optional one-year renewals with a qualified supplier who will provide Audio Visual services for commencement ceremonies to Georgia Southern University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.  AV services include but are not limited to Spring and Fall commencement ceremonies at Paulson Stadium, Jack and Ruth Ann Hill Convocation Center, and the Savannah Enmarket Arena. The successful supplier will be required to provide all necessary lighting, rigging, sound, audio and video production equipment along with personnel (labor) for commencement and other events of similar nature that would require either inside and/or outside AV production services per the details outlined further in this RFP.
