RFP #2 FY25/26 Master Signage Planning Services- Phases II & III

Project Description: Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Master Signage Planning Services – Phases II & III for Montgomery County Community College, RFP# 2 - FY25/26.
Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers beginning August 28, 2025, through PennBid (https://pennbid.net/). Registration is free. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on September 4, 2025, at 11 a.m. EST. Further details are available on PennBid. Questions will be accepted via PennBid through 3:00 p.m., September 11, 2025.
Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, September 19, 2025.
Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the proposal documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
