Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Green Ammo LLC

Requirement: Thirteen (13) E-Blanks System Kits, M4/AR15 Series are required. Each kit includes: bolt simulator, M4 e-magazine, recoil stock, sound booster, e-blanks charging handle, barrel rod, muzzle flasher, charging/updating unit, and charging

cables for the e-magazine, sound booster, and recoil stock.

Green Ammo E-Blanks is a proprietary product protected under multiple international patents and intellectual property rights. These systems are not commercially available from any other source, and no other company or entity holds the rights to manufacture, distribute, modify, or reproduce the Green Ammo E-Blanks kits or associated firmware/software without express written consent from Green Ammo LLC. Accordingly, Green Ammo LLC maintains all exclusive rights for the sale, supprot and integration of the E-Blanks training systems within the United States, including their use in federal, state, and local government programs. Green Ammo LLC produces the only solution that offers a fully integrated drop-in system that will convert a service weapon for training without removing key components or modifying the fire-arm's structure. The system includes a patented recoil module which provides a realistic "kick", as well as realistic sound generation and muzzle flash. It is entirely electronic, and doesn't require propellant, blanks, or live rounds, preventing environmental contamination and health risks from firing range hazardous emmissions, to include lead and heavy metal dust. The lithium-ion battery can support approximately 250,000 simulated shots before needing replacement. The system has been tested to perform reliably in extreme temperatures, and has been used by the U.S. Military for large-scale live-fire training certification.
