Payne Avenue Improvements

Renovate and improve 2001 Payne Avenue to accommodate various departments and divisions. Formerly known as Public Safety Central, most of the existing occupants are moving to other City-owned buildings currently under renovation. Some departments planned for future occupation will have public-facing roles, with the building largely functioning as an annex to City Hall. Renovation plans will include 'white-boxing' for future office spaces, augmenting entry sequence at the rear parking lot for additional security needs, envelope repairs, and addressing MEP upgrades, while respecting historic architectural elements.
