Sole Source Notice of Intent for a Uterine Positioning System (UPS)
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Joint Base Ft Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to TRYCO, Inc., under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), to provide an Ally II Uterine Positioning System (UPS) for the Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) Department located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC).
The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, FSC – 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies, Size Standard: 1000 Employees. Award will be made not later than 25 May 2025.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.
