Professional Staffing and Technical Support Services

The City of Anaheim is seeking Proposals for Professional Staffing and Technical Support Services . Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 .

The City of Anaheim Economic Development Department (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure the services of a qualified consultant or firm to provide on-call professional staffing and technical support services in support of the City’s business development, capital planning, and program implementation efforts. Services may include project management, program development, engineering support, construction coordination, outreach, and other economic development-related services. Tasks may involve work across City departments and require coordination with internal teams, external partners, and the public. Firms should demonstrate flexibility, cross-disciplinary expertise, and an ability to support evolving priorities.
