pathway design by re-enforcing shear walls and roof diaphragm.
• Remove and repair damaged wood column bases that are rotten.
• Install borate rods as a decay prevention measure on wood columns with minor water damage
that are not being replaced.
• Remove the cladding on the rear exterior wall and repair water damaged / wood rot areas and
install a new water proofing membrane, weeping tile / drainage mat and new cladding.
• Regrade around the exterior of the building to improve drainage away from the base of the
building to mitigate water damage to exterior cladding.
• Remove 2 existing customer service desks and replace with a single more functional and barrier
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000, Taxes extra.
