Summary

The Department of Veterans Services/ Ohio Veterans Home is looking for quotes to upgrade the top bay of our 10 Simplex 4100U Fire Alarm Control Panels. We are looking to upgrade to the new Simplex 4100ES top bay, and have any secondary obsolete SPS power supplies removed and replaced by the new ESPS power supply. We are looking to reuse existing Components and batteries. Also need to replace 4120 network and media cards with the new ESNet NIC and media cards.

Only considering Suppliers on Index # MAC023. Your quote needs to be itemized and prices not to exceed pricing on the Index # MAC023.

A mandatory site visit will be held at the Location to survey the facility and discuss the scope of work. The site visit will commence promptly at 1:00pm on 06/05/2025, after signing in at the Secrest main Entrance front Desk.
