Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Above Ground Storage Tank Testing at Red River Army Depot (RRAD) Texarkana, TX. The Red River Army Depot (RRAD) has 17 Above Ground Storage Tanks that require inspection and certification services every 5 years. RRAD has a requirement for the purchase of American Petroleum Institute (API) 653 visual and ultrasonic thickness testing on eleven (11) horizontal and six (6) each vertical, total of seventeen (17), above ground storage tanks IAW the PWS. This is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5 and (FAR) 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested to be filled in on page 5 of Form 1449.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. The product service code is J049. The Government intends to award a Firm‐Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.
