This project is located at the Lynchburg Regional Airport, 350 Terminal Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24502. The scope of work includes site and building construction services including, but not limited to, installation of; erosion and sediment control measures, storm sewer, water line, sewer line (gravity), expansion of an existing underground stormwater detention facility, contractor designed retaining wall, concrete sidewalk, chain-link fencing, pavement structure (stone & asphalt), and pavement marking. Also design, provide and construct a pre-manufactured 120â x 120â corporate hangar building including 68â x 30â office space based on the owner provide performance specification.
