Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).



Construction services for requisition 1155662, Mt. Elden and East Pocket Fire Lookout Towers Roofing Project on the Flagstaff Ranger District of the Coconino National Forest. Project will include necessary expertise, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and

supervision for the removal, inspection, and replacement of the roof at the Elden Fire Lookout due to roof membrane damage. The second task is the removal, inspection, and replacement of the roof at East Pocket Fire Lookout in accordance with the plans and

specifications.



This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 238160 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19M.

How to submit your offer. Submit RFQ and section K as your business (schedule of items) proposal. In a separate document, submit all the information requested in Section M as your technical proposal.
